Den mindste bil, der har kørt 24 timers Le Mans! 4 cyl. 847 CC med overliggende knastaksel - 28 HK - topfart 120 km/t.
Fin bil, ældre restaurering, udført af medstifter og tidligere formand af MG Klub DK.
Bilen kom til Danmark i 1983 og blev restaureret af Svend Carstensen, Dragør.

Bilen er stadig i meget fin stand med enkelte brugspor.

English Description:

MG prepared 16 Midgets to race and win the "Brooklands Double Twelve Hours" hence the name that assumed the model in "Double Twelve", modifying the bodywork with more in-depth cuts on the doors, locking the driving one and working on cylinder heads , valves, camshafts, racing exhausts with duckbill output, horizontal instead of vertical carburetor, 3-speed gearbox , racing mudguards, etc.
At the request of customers, following the overwhelming victory in the class up to 1000cc the factory produced a certain number of replicas for individuals.
They ran with or without a compressor.
This kind of cars are nowhere to be found and have nothing to do with production Midgets.
Imported from England in 1983, it has always belonged to the same owner.
About thirty years ago it underwent a conservative restoration.
The bodywork is of the Weymann type with a wooden structure covered in pegamoid.
It is still with the original English number plates.
